 Proofs: For all design projects, a digital proof will be provided. It is the client’s responsibility to review all spelling, layout, and image quality before final approval.

 Payments: Payments for services are due according to the schedule outlined in your specific project quote.

 

2. Intellectual Property

All original designs created by Tzip Graphic remain the property of Tzip Graphic until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the client is granted usage rights as specified in their project agreement.

 

3. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms
